1. Print the Marantz Video Products Service Request Form and complete the information requested on the form, including payment options. 
2. Box and return your unit (postage prepaid) along with the service request form to:

Please package your product carefully before shipping and insure your shipment for the appropriate replacement value. Preferred carriers who provide insurance for returns are UPS, Federal Express, or the common freight carrier of your choice.
