PAC FAQs
1. What's the difference between the PAC750 and
PAC770?
The PAC770, which is no longer
available, included a 110W
per-channel stereo amplifier. The PAC750R has a preamp only, so that it may
be paired with a more powerful amplifier if needed, or if it is going into
an AV system that already includes a separate amp.
Although new PAC systems are sold
out, factory reconditioned PAC750Rs are still available. All PAC750R
systems come with Superscope's full one-year parts and labor warranty and a
free wired remote control.
2. Do you sell a case for these Superscope Sound
Systems?
No. Ask your dealer for cases from other manufacturers that would work
with PAC750R or PAC770. SKB
Cases offers a good line up of cases for audio products.
3. Do PAC Sound Systems play CD-R discs?
Yes they do.
4. Do PAC Sound Systems record to CD?
No, they feature a cassette tape recorder. However, if you
own a CD burner, you can use the PAC system to mix live and pre-recorded
sources and send the audio to your external CD recorder. You can then play
back audio CDs on your PAC system.
The
PSD300,
PSD340 or
PSD330 portable CD recording systems might be a better option if you
want to record directly to CD and do not require 4 mic inputs.
